LES/LMS · COVID19 Testing Before School Starts

LDOE Parents/Guardians,

Where did the summer go?   Please note that our LES & LMS students will begin school on August 15th.  Kindergarten students will begin on August 18th. LDOE will continue with COVID testing for students and staff.  Please note that LES students will need to get a COVID test on August 10 at the Mesita Pod between the hours of 10 and 2.  LMS students will need to get a COVID test on August 11 at the Mesita Pod between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM.  Please help us help your child, by registering your child in advance at the following link:  https://cvtestreg.nmhealth.org/.  Once you register your child, you will receive a confirmation code.  Save the confirmation code and bring it with you to the Mesita Pod.  

Student vaccines are available for children on at the Laguna Community Health Center on Saturdays between the hours of 10 and 2.  Students not vaccinated will continue to be tested weekly.  

• Schedule- COVID-19 vaccinations will be held twice a month on Saturdays until further notice. Notifications will be announced on the Emergency Notifications System, POL website COVID-19 Information Page, and LCHC website www.lagunahealthcare.org.

• Call Line- For assistance with registering for a COVID-19 vaccine, individuals will call LCHC at (505) 238-3198 during normal patient hours of service on Tuesday-Saturday (closed on Sunday & Monday).

• Location- COVID-19 vaccine POD will be held at the Laguna Community Health Center located at 6 Basswood Rd, Paraje NM 87007 (next to the Laguna Senior Center).

• Service Method- This will be a walk-in service. Please use patient parking. The patient screening will be conducted at the front door. Face masks are required. After receiving your vaccination, you will be monitored for 15 or 30 minutes inside the waiting room.
